Placing An Order

Please place your order via the online checkout. You can add items to your basket and then proceed to checkout.

You do not need to create an account to place an order but this will make it quicker for you to check out next time. Registering also lets you see all your previous orders in one place.

Can I Send My Order Directly To Someone?

Absolutely! With greeting cards, I am happy to print a message inside the card and send it directly to the recipient. Just pop the message you want inside the card in the “Order Notes” box at checkout and be sure to put the recipient’s address as the delivery address.

For anything else, just pop a message in the “Order Notes” box to let me know it’s a gift being sent directly to someone. Thanks!

Can you personalise the front of a card?

Yes! I am happy to do this. If it’s a simple change such as replacing a word, e.g. changing “Mum to Gran” or adding a word e.g. “30th birthday” instead of “birthday”, simply leave me a note in the “Order Notes” box at checkout with your request.

If it’s something more complicated you have in mind, please e-mail me with your idea and we can discuss it.

Something’s wrong

Returns

I accept returns but please be aware that buyers will be responsible for the cost of return postage. View my return policy to for information on how to request a return.

Looking After Prints & Paintings

So that you can enjoy your print/painting for many years to come, it is advised to frame them behind glass, out of direct sunlight, and away from sources of heat and humidity.

How Are Items Packaged?

Bookmarks and wrapping paper are wrapped in tissue paper and sent in hard-backed envelopes, making their packaging plastic-free and recyclable.

Greeting cards and prints are packaged in biodegradable protective sleeves and posted in recyclable hard-backed envelopes.

Larger greeting card orders and A4 planners are packaged in letterbox cardboard boxes.

I use eco-friendly tapes, paper stickers and twine.

Charity Donations

It’s important to me to help protect the natural world that I love to paint. Therefore, £1 from each art print sold is donated to my charity of choice World Land Trust: a UK-based non-profit environmental organisation that aims to ensure the conservation of plants, animals and natural communities in areas at risk worldwide. I make a donation to World Land Trust on the 1st of each month for all sales of prints and paintings received during the previous month.

Whenever I have sold prints, I will share the receipts for donation amounts on my Instagram account: @febstarsart. If there are no updates shared it means I haven’t sold any prints the previous month.
